The case of Edward Snowden in the press of Luxembourg

In Luxembourg there is much talk of Edward Snowden in the press. The article of Le Quotidien «Washington’s nightmare» (by C.Leroux-Frati) says:

«… Here, reality confirms that the fiction implies: the country that presents itself as the first and the largest democracy in the world is not the last to violate human rights, requiring internet giants to give it an access to communications of millions of people. It tries to lecture Moscow and Beijing for their questionable practices…

After Wikileaks, this case does not in any case smile to Washington. It mainly shows that despite his image as a man of revival and Nobel Peace Prize, Barack Obama is an American president again, who is unable to close Guantanamo and convinced that the security of his country legitimates all the transgressions.»
