1997- 1999 Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
1999 – 2016 Head of Division, Deputy Director, Director of the Second Department of the CIS Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
Appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg by Executive Order of the President of Russia on January 20, 2016.
Speaks French and English.
